I just learned that on this past Saturday Scotty past on, he had been on life support for a week. The detail are not avaiable but he had been battling illness for a while. Scotty crewed with Whiskey River, Toxic Rocket, The Beast and others. Scotty leaves behind his wife Robin and kids. Funeral details forth coming. God Speed Scotty you will be missed.

I was so sad to hear this news. Scott was a pleasure to visit with and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. I did not get a chance to meet his wife or children but Scott had spoken very fondly of them when we had did have a chance to talk about family. My condolences to his family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Laurie

my thoughts and prayers go to him and his family. i remember hanging around with him last year in san diego and watching him work on the heads. he was a nice guy and was always willing to pass by to say hello. he will be missed greatly. jelly

I was proud to call Scotty a friend although I did not know him long we hit it off right away. I will miss you my friend. To his wife and children I am sorry for your lost. Juan Blanco

I'm sorry to hear about Scotty's passing. He will join up with the friends and family of racers who have gone ahead of us...He is at peace. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends as well as the Whiskey River Racing Team.
