Hi Maggie! Not yet but I will post some pics very soon. I had my computer redone and have to re-load the camera stuff. Thanks guys for the b-day stuff. Robert I hope you still have your ride and take her to the water sometime this summer. I knew you could not stay away from this site! BP what class are you in? You are right about the old is a state of mind, I just keep telling myself I am getting more 'vintage' by the day. Hey Bob! Thanks for Pre-birthday wishes.. with internet pals like you its all good! Well my boat is almost done, gotta wire it ,set the valves to 23 and 25 thousands, mount the bucket seats (e-bay cheapies) and gas tank, finish bolting on the fenders (I lowered the trailer, looks bitchin') and put on the carbs. I put the distributor in, plug wires on, put in the oil and filter yesterday. I still am not runnin' At 100% from the flu I had, it knocked the crap out of me for 2 weeks . I couldn't go to Red Bluff and felt like a little kid that had Christmas canceled. Guess thats what happens when you get 'old' John Thompson an old guy with an old boat Clear Lake, Northern Calif.

Hey Robert! Check out the 'introductions and greets' forum, I even have a pic of you at Ming. I think I floated a valve sunday afternoon, We (Chris, and I) ran her hard for the first time and of course I wasn't looking at the tack and it started popping through the carbs. Its supposed to have big springs with the cam in it and they are sitting on the shelf. We were haulin' the freight and the lake was all ours. I will do a compression check after work today. Like I said to Jeff, bring your ride up to Clear Lake and lets race! I don't think Jeff is coming because he doesn't want to be whupped by a small block, John Thompson an old guy with an old boat Clear Lake, Northern Calif.
