this year the Arizona Game and Fish department made a new rule that states that an observer must be 12 years old or older.  the rule was that it had to be a "reasonable person" capible of performing the duties of an observer.  this means that according to the new law if you take your wife (or girlfriend) and young kids to the lake, the adults cannot legally waterski,  but according to the way the laws are, anyone can drive a boat with adult supervision.  so if I were to go to the lake and let my 5 year old son drive the boat while I hold the flag and the wife waterskis that is leagal but for me to drive and him hold the flag is illegal.  I need all of you that are residents of Arizona to visit my website and this will direct you to an e-mail address that you can write me your information so that when I go to the Game and Fish department meeting on October 11, I can show them how many other support putting the law back to the way it was.  Please take the time to take a look and pass it along to anyone in Arizona.  Thank you for your assistance in repealing this new law.  http://www.richardhobson.net/boatingaz.html
