Mark is fine and will be very sore tomorrow, he was quoted as saying the boat left harder than he had experienced and that he should have lifted sooner but prided himself of driving a boat on the edge but this one bit him.

They recovered the bullet still attached to the rails along with the drives. The future of the team is unknown but Mark feels bad about it all and that the team has worked hard.

Tomorrow will begin at 10:10 with the start of the racing 30 minutes later. Second round will start around 2:10 and continue.

Racers are encourage to be at the in rap on time and to have crew member at the out ramp to help expidite the time used to get the boats off the water.

Best run today was by Kebin in Bad Habit with a time of 5.72@207

One PM did meet up with the wetlands today and the rized him about not pulling the chutes at the driver's meeting tonight.

The Race Report will begin tomorrow and can be read on the race report section from the home page or by going here:

Duane - Have a new blackberry and dont have any numbers on it. SMS me on +64 21 757 747

I am mostly over at the Unlimited Hydroplanes but plan on being over with Problem Child at around 9.30ish.

It was great to finally meet Tony in person, lot short than I imagined :) :) :)

Looks like the crash made CNN also,

wish we would get some national coverage without a crash through.

In an effort to pull out Greg's Loose Cannon boat that sank, Rescue 1 also sank. It is sitting under about 15 feet of water. Greg's boat has been pulled from the water and he is now on the line ready to make his first run of the day. Meanwhile Rescue 1 is underwater waiting to be pulled out by Rescue 2.

Is there a reason that there are no stats on the PM class in the race report section? Or did I miss something? Thanks.
Shawn

WOW !!! San Diego is definitely the place to wad a TFH I have never seen more coverage on a DB crash in all my life, I guess if you are going to lose a boat big time national coverage might take a little sting out of the deal . Mark you are blessed to be cruising the talk circuit only a couple days after the crash . Jay God Bless you buddy maybe you will get a large wallet sponsor as a result of this deal. (you deserve it !!! )

Congrats to the "Black Draggin" TAH team for their win this weekend! That should close out the High Point Title once again!!!!! BACK-TO-BACK!! With only 3 boats in the class it's hard to say they dominated but running 5.30's @ 218+ in San Diego shows how good they are! I don't think there is a TAH on the planet that can keep up with those guys! Hope to see them "turn it up" a notch at the World Finals and really see what that beast will run. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Thank You Robert Mills. We raced in some water that had swells in it. Once again, the ERC boat proved to be safe in any conditions. Thanks to Joe, Glen, and the rest of crew, Ron. TFH 460.
