I have been hearing that our new site is hard to navigate, to me it's simple there is the main category then sub categories. Will you please provide details to this techie? Also any suggestion to make the site more user friendly would be helpful. Our goal is to be more than just a forum, we want a interactive site aka social networking site that is feature rich. Thanks, Duane |

My computer runs very slow on your site, and at times extremely slow like dial-up. I know it is old (4 yrs) and needs updating but it runs my large photshop files well and doesn't have problems with most web sites. Not complaining but you asked. |

Thanks Scotty for the feedback. One of many issues I know of is the speed of the site and I am currently working to resolving that ASAP.
Personally I am not a big fan of black websites and that will be changing soon too! |

Maybe its cause I am a geek for a living but I haven't had many issues, It might be the T3 I am using to do most of the surfing but I haven't had many issues. Like Scotty said sometimes its a little slow but I always tacked it up to traffic. The Navigation took awhile to get used to but other than that I am happy. But Duane I am with you the black background isn't my first choice. |

I think Duane also said that the black shirts are also gone.....I wore mine once in Australia when DBR.com made me wear it for the photo shoot along with Mike Isham, and it was in the middle of the Aussie's summer. I put on the DBR shirt, Gaz took the picture, and then I took it off immediately. Still have it, and it works well in the winter time, but no boat racing going on in the winter....... |

Hmmmm....the black shirts never seemed too hot while I am at the races?! I think they should stay. I would like to hear more input on the website though. |

Ok, Laurie......you seem to always be in a nice air conditioned office/ IHBA trailer. No wonder you don't mind the black shirts..... |

Hey Markie, easy on the top fuel typist, least we forget when there weren't none.
Be sure to have a cold one of your choice on Saturday, and say a toast to my Big Five-O, whilst I enjoy the dark chasms of the Grandest Canyon on the planet.
I fly to Phoenix tomorrow and drive to Flagstaff, then hit the river on Sat AM for 6 days. |

On the other hand, she does enjoy the AC wearing black in a trailer that has protective screening on the windows and comes out at night... but back to the topic... |

Hey, Scotty....have a great time....you should call the local FOSSIL when you get there. He would be glad to hear from you.....and by the way.... I have been in that upstairs office on race day....unlike you out on the water all day. It's pretty fricken nice in there. So my comments remain. Laurie and of course your other and better half have it made in the top of the tower, air conditioned, room, carpeted, fully furnished suite, while we are out in the elements wasting away in the hot sun..........hee......hee.......Ok. here's the truth..... I have met some of Duane's friends over the years. and have had some pretty plush environments over the last 2 races back east.....and I must confess....it has been pretty awesome with the hospitiality. They can cook up some food that I have never ever seen here in California....and it's a real treat.....Thanks to Dean and Joy Durand, and Mark Taylor the last 2 races....Those people are awesome..... |

hey, there's nothing wrong with black shirts, black driver suits, or black lifelines... works for me ; especially in a cool environment like marble falls... my computer is XXX old (i can't remember), but works just fine navigating through this site. one thing i've noticed is that, when replying to a quote, can't figure out where the quote ends so that the reply doesn't just look like it was part of it... |

Try hitting crtl + F5 and clear your cache and try again. We were making some changes and sounds like you have the old template. |

Hey Jeff good to hear from you, it's been a long time. The reason for the moderation is very simple: 1. people pimping their info\product for profit and not sharing revenue with us. 2. we have been working on a new system that will eleiminate headaches running the site( however we unfortunatly still profecting) that will give established members non moderated status and all new member will have to post quality post to gain non moderated status. It is intended to eliminate the spammers. We should have a update in the next week that will get us where we are trying to get to. Then you will see a lot of new improvements and features. |

I also tried to go to the message center to send you a message and it was a blank page with no where to put a message. am I doing something wrong or am I just missing the point completely? |
